Placing an order: This can be done one of three ways:
  • Online at www.lepetitbijou.net We accept most major credit cards
  • Telephone us on 01604 899229 (Voicemail and Office) 7 days a week
  • By post: if you wish to pay by cheque and send it to: Centrazone Ltd, Vicarage Farmhouse, Vicarage Lane, Denton, Northants NN7 1DT (always allow an extra 5 working days for clearance before your goods will be dispatched)

All prices are inclusive of VAT
Delivery: If goods are in stock delivery should be within 5 - 7 working days.
If an item is sold out you will be offered the option of a similar, alternative product or placing it on special order for you with a new delivery date.

Returns: If you change your mind regarding your purchase you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Your product must be returned within 7 days of contact to receive a full refund, there is no refund on return postage, goods are returned at your own expense.

Please note: If purchasing earrings, due to Hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Goods: Great care is taken prior to the despatch of your product to make sure that it is in excellent condition, should your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund in full. Full postage refund is given on returned damaged or faulty goods. To obtain a full refund or replacement article Le Petit Bijou must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of purchase.
